How do I check my order status?Updated 4 months ago
You can check the status of an order by clicking: "My Account" > "Order History".
You will receive an email 72 hours prior to an order processing. Then you will receive one when the same order begins processing. And finally, you will receive an email with tracking some time within 24 hours of the order shipping.
Be sure to check your spam if you cannot locate any of these emails. Feel free to reach out to us via the contact form at the bottom of our Help Center!
