How do I reschedule my next shipment? copyUpdated 4 months ago

To reschedule your next box, please log in to and head to your "My Subscription" page. Near the top of the page, you should see the Shipment Schedule tab. Click on that and you can scroll to the month and select the date for your next order. You can also change the shipping cadence to ship every 2 weeks or 4 weeks as well. 

Note: This reschedule affects your upcoming boxes. It will not change any boxes that have begun processing or that have already shipped.
