If your little one does not like a particular flavor(s) even after trying a few times we have a Flavor Guarantee. You can email us through the contact form at the bottom of the Help Center to let us know you'd like to redeem the Flavor Guarantee. In your email please let us know the flavor(s) in question and their lot number(s) and expiration date(s). The information will be on the back of the pouch below the nutrition facts. We are happy to send 3 different pouch flavors of your choosing for free!
