You can check the status of an order by clicking: "My Account" > "Order History", after logging in.
You will receive an email before we process your subscription order to let you know that your order will process soon, and to allow for time for rescheduling, changing or cancelling your order. Then, you will receive another email when that same order begins processing, at which time, the order cannot be changed or cancelled. And finally, you will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of the order shipping out of our warehouse.
