If your little one does not like a particular flavor(s) even after trying a few times we have a Flavor Guarantee. You can reach out to us through our Chat Messenger at the bottom-right corner of our website or through [email protected] to let us know that you'd like to redeem the Flavor Guarantee.

In your email, please let us know the flavor(s) in question and their lot number(s) and expiration date(s). The information will be on the back of the pouch below the nutrition facts. We are happy to send 3 different pouch flavors of your choosing for free!
